Carrapicho grows in the Serra de Santo António, a plateau of stone and light in the heart of central Portugal, where time passes slowly and the olive tree continues to mark the rhythm of the landscape.

Between limestone walls and ancient moors, the traditional olive groves of the Galega variety resist abandonment and oblivion, preserving the agricultural memory of generations.

The olives are harvested early, while still green, to guarantee an oil with an intensely fruity and fresh profile, with notes of cut grass, green leaves, and almonds, and a delicate spiciness and bitterness, typical of Galega in early harvest.

Carrapicho is more than an olive oil—it is a way of protecting a territory.

By choosing this oil, you are defending a living and sustainable landscape, supporting small producers, and helping to ensure that the traditional olive groves of the Serra de Santo António continue to be cared for with the same respect and dedication as always.
