Heating wrap especially indicated for the treatment of muscle and joint pain, as well as muscle stiffness in the lower back. This comfortable wrap with olive pits can be adjusted in size thanks to the elastic strap and flexible Velcro closure.
Indicated for: the lower back, especially for pain resulting from: Muscle tension; Overexertion and strains; Sprains; Muscle stiffness
How to use: Heat the heating wrap in the microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Place it warm around the lower back. You can also cool it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Using heat in the lower back, known as thermotherapy, is beneficial for relieving pain, relaxing tense muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving blood circulation in the area.
- Using cold therapy for the lower back, known as cryotherapy, is beneficial for relieving pain and reducing inflammation.
Notes:
– If the area is inflamed due to an acute injury, applying heat may aggravate the problem. In these cases, cold therapy (cryotherapy) may be more appropriate. Both cold and heat therapy should be used sparingly and interspersed with rest periods to avoid overcooling or overheating the treated area.
