Our story is told with passion and is based on the tradition and quality of Trás-os-Montes olive oil, produced organically in traditional dryland olive groves. The same passion for olive oil and its unique qualities led us to understand the entire production process, from the olive tree to the mill. This is undoubtedly linked to our family roots in this region, deeply connected to olive groves and olive oil, with artisanal production methods passed down through generations, providing the whole family with the best quality traditional olive oil.

The land and unique microclimate of this region, combined with local production methods and traditions, give this olive oil a unique flavor and quality. Obtained mainly from the Cobrançosa and Santulhana varieties in traditional dryland olive groves and harvested in November 2022. A superior category Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical means.
