Maria do Amparo Olive Oil is born in the heart of the Terra Quente Transmontana region, in the municipality of Alfândega da Fé, one of the noblest olive oil producing regions in Portugal. Among traditional olive groves and landscapes shaped by time, we produce an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of unique character.
The result of a rigorous selection of the best olives and a cold extraction process carried out a few hours after harvesting, this olive oil preserves all the aromatic richness and natural purity of the fruit. Elegant, intense and balanced, Maria do Amparo translates the authenticity and excellence of Transmontane olive oil — a heritage of generations, with love for the land.
With a maximum acidity of 0.2%, it reveals purity, aromatic intensity and great elegance.
