OLIVAL DA RISCA Olive Oil Original Selection of superior category is obtained directly from organic and biodynamic olives from the Herdade estate itself. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).

The olive oil is shipped filtered and packed in glass bottles.

The oil is obtained through the varieties Cobrançosa, Galega Vulgar and Verdeal.
