Extra Virgin Olive Oil Casa de Santo Amaro Premium is a PDO oil from Trás-os-Montes produced in Mirandela by a family with a generations-old agricultural tradition. It comes from olives of the cultivars Verdeal Transmontana and Cobrançosa, harvested at the optimum moment with cold extraction. It is an olive oil of superior category obtained by mechanical processes.
