Fio da Beira Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced in the parish of Sarzedas, municipality of Castelo Branco, in the Beira Baixa region.

The estate where Fio da Beira olive oil is produced is a vast olive grove, with more than 400 hectares. The olive harvest is done manually and immediately processed.

This Fio da Beira can be used directly in almost all types of dishes such as salads, fish, meats, soups, breads, cheeses, savory dishes and even in the preparation of sweets, especially cod à lagareiro.
