The Quinta dos Olmais is located in the Alto Douro, inland of the Hot Land, between hills and valleys of Vila Flor, a village of kings and farmers established in 1286. The olive trees are cultivated in organic farming mode and, together with the most young people planted about 20 years ago, have a selection of centenary trees, 90% of the Cobrançosa variety, 5% Verdeal and 5% Madural.
Extracted cold exclusively by mechanical and unfiltered processes, the Organic Olive Oil Olmais is a return to the origins of olive oil, a true expression of Nature.
This unfiltered oil combines the fruity, the green, the herbaceous and the floral at the same time.
Its complexity and intense aroma is great to accompany grills, soups or sauces.
