The extra virgin olive oil "União" is made up of the varieties Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Madural, Cordovil and Negrinha do Freixo. As the name suggests, the olives that gave rise to União come from the Douro and Trás-os-Montes. The selection and harvesting of the fruit was strictly followed and monitored, in order to obtain the established quality standard.

This oil presents a ripe fruity. It is sweet and slightly spicy, with notes of dried fruits, namely almond and walnut, olive leaf and green banana. A fresh, aromatic oil with a lingering aftertaste.
