Ethos Galega Olivais Velhos comes from a century-old olive grove situated in a private farm, in the Mondego Valley. Cold pressed, in the modern private mill of the Quinta, where the entire process is strictly controlled, from the tree to the bottle, in the most modern conditions combined with the tradition of making olive oil, resulting in the best and purest olive oil.
Ethos is produced in a limited and exclusive edition (only 800 liters/year available), it was immediately classified as DOP Olive Oil from Beira Interior - Beira Alta.
