Ethos Galega Old Olives Trees Olive Oil PDO

Ethos Galega Olivais Velhos comes from a centuries-old olive grove located on a private estate in the Mondego Valley. Cold-extracted in the estate's modern private mill, where the entire process is rigorously controlled, from tree to bottle, under state-of-the-art conditions combined with the tradition of olive oil making, resulting in the best and purest olive oil.

Ethos is produced in a limited and exclusive edition (only 800 liters/year available) and was immediately classified as D.O.P. Olive Oil of Beira Interior - Beira Alta.
