OLIVAL DA RISCA RESERVA DA FAMÍLIA is a superior category olive oil obtained directly from organic and biodynamic olives grown on the farm itself in Sergipe. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes at the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (excluding oxidation).

The olive oil is shipped filtered and packaged in glass bottles. This product is sold in an exclusive case.

The olive oil is obtained from the Cobrançosa, Galega Vulgar, and Verdeal varieties.
