The Monterosa is a Farm oil producer in the eastern Algarve. The Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from 20 hectares of olive groves in Moncarapacho.
The olives are picked by hand and transported immediately to the mill, where they are milled with granite grits, in a mechanical process dating back to Roman times. The oil is extracted, filtered, stored in stainless steel vats and bottled, using the latest technology.
It blends in perfectly with: salad, vegetables and bread.
