OLIVAL DA RISCA Primeur superior grade olive oil is obtained directly from organic and biodynamic olives from the Herdade in Serpa. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).
"Primeur" is characterized by its high content of polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids. Olive oil with an intense and spicy fruity flavor, strong and modern, owes its character to the green olives from the first days of harvest. Available for a limited time from November. The olive harvest in mid-October 2022.
