Olival da Risca Primeur Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

OLIVAL DA RISCA Primeur olive oil, a superior category, is obtained directly from organic and biodynamic olives from the estate itself in Serpa. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes at the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (exclusion of oxidation).

The "Primeur" is characterized by its high content of polyphenols and unsaturated fatty acids. This olive oil has an intense fruity and spicy flavor, strong and modern, and owes its character to the green olives from the first days of harvest. Available for a limited time starting in November. The olive harvest begins in early October 2026.
