Rosmaninho Premium Olive Oil

There is a region in Trás-os-Montes, in the northeast of Portugal, which is blessed by nature, surrounded by mountains, where hills and small valleys are virtually covered by olive trees.
The climatic conditions, cold winters and hot summers, the perfect altitude, with an average of 400 meters above sea level, and the fertility of its soils define an authentic terroir in this Protected Designation of Origin Region (PDO).

Our olive growers are able to make the best use of these natural conditions that are fundamental to the production of a superior quality olive. This piece of land was maintained and respected by olive growers, perpetuating the legacy delivered to them by their ancestors, preserving the same olive groves and applying almost the same sustainable farming methods.
Harvested at the right time and quickly brought to the mill, the olives are processed immediately by cold extraction and using only the first extraction, in order to minimize the impact of
the entire process. The result is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP full of flavors, delicate aromas and a unique flavor, with unique organoleptic characteristics, such as the high level of polyphenols.
