OLIVAL DA RISCA olive oil "MANDARIN" of superior category is obtained directly from olives and tangerines of organic agriculture and biodynamic of the own Herdade. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).
Its fresh taste results from the joint processing of the mandarins with the olives.
Recommended for use in Asian cuisine, with red meat and in desserts with chocolate or simply for tasting.
