OLIVAL DA RISCA "Lemon" olive oil of superior category is obtained directly from olives and lemons of organic and biodynamic agriculture of the own Herdade. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).
Its fresh taste results from the joint processing of the lemons with the olives.
Recommended for fish, salads, pasta and pastry products or simply for tasting.
