OLIVAL DA RISCA “ORANGE” premium olive oil is obtained directly from organically grown olives and oranges from the estate itself. It is extracted solely by mechanical means at the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (preventing oxidation).

Its fresh flavor results from the milling process of the oranges and olives together.

Recommended for use in Asian cuisine, with duck, in chocolate desserts, or simply for tasting.
