OLIVAL DA RISCA “ORANGE” premium olive oil is obtained directly from organically grown olives and oranges from the estate itself. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes at the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (excluding oxidation).
Its fresh flavor results from processing the oranges and olives at the mill.
Recommended for use in Asian cuisine, with duck, and in chocolate desserts, or simply for tasting.
