Ethos comes from a young olive grove located in a private farm, in the Mondego Valley. Cold extracted, in the Quinta's modern private wine press, where the whole process is strictly controlled, from the tree to the bottle, in the most modern conditions combined with the tradition of making oil, resulting in the best and purest oil.
