Olival da Risca Organic Olive Oil Garlic

OLIVAL DA RISCA olive oil "GARLIC" of superior category is obtained directly from olives and garlic from organic agriculture and biodynamic of own Herdade. It is extracted solely by mechanical processes in the RISCA GRANDE mill using the most advanced technologies (oxidation exclusion).

The fresh garlic gives this olive oil its Mediterranean character and makes it an ideal accompaniment for tomatoes, salads and pasta. Can be used simply for tasting with bread. The junction of whole garlic cloves with the olive oil during the production combines the flavor of the garlic in a direct and balanced way with the olive oil.
