With only 5% acidity and a very mild and pleasant flavor, this vinegar is obtained through the double alcoholic and acetic fermentation of apple juice from organic orchards. Unfiltered vinegar with a vinegar mother. Suitable for vegans.
How to Take / Use:
To season: salads and cooked, a very pleasant and mild flavor. Ideal for preparing fish marinades and broths.
To drink: Dilute 2 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and sweeten with honey or agave to taste.
Keep in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
