A vinegar of excellence, made from Touriga Nacional, over 15 years old. 

 Produced from the Touriga Nacional grape variety, whose acidification was made naturally, having aged for 15 years in oak barrels. It is an intense and persistent vinegar, but also very elegant and balanced. 
 Perfect for seasoning salads or seasoning some of your dishes.
