CAIXEIRO olive oil comes from traditional varieties: Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal Transmontana. Made from whole, healthy olives, with proper ripening, its transformation is done immediately through a low-temperature extraction process.

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives, solely by mechanical processes.

We are located in Trás-os-Montes, in the parish of Santa Maria de Émeres, municipality of Valpaços, in a privileged geographical location between the cold and warm regions, between 550 and 750 meters, with perfect conditions for olive oil production, which is reflected in the natural quality and unique characteristics of our olive oils.
