In 2016, Casa de Santo Amaro began converting 10 hectares of traditional olive groves to organic farming, as we believe this is an easy-to-practice and environmentally sustainable method of cultivation.
In November 2019, we harvested the first olives from these groves and obtained Casa de Santo Amaro Nature.
It is an olive oil made from Cobrançosa, Madural, and Verdeal Transmontana olive varieties.
