In 2016, Casa de Santo Amaro started converting 10 ha from traditional olive groves to organic farming, as we believe this is an easy-to-practice and environmentally sustainable cultivation mode.
In November 2019, we harvested the first olives from these olive groves and obtained Casa de Santo Amaro Nature.
It is an oil from Cobrançosa, Madural and Verdeal Transmontana olives
