This vinegar is created by the pressure and natural fermentation of organic pomegranate berries that grow in the Mediterranean hills. Unfiltered vinegar with vinegar mother and without any added preservatives or dyes. 
It has a fresh and fruity flavor, great for seasoning salads and sweet dishes. 
 
Keep in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
