Characteristics
This type of salt is formed on the surface of water, in crystallizers, in artisanal salt pans. Its collection is done manually, using its own instruments, and this is a meticulous work to collect a very fine film of crystals.
In the salt flower there is a higher concentration of iron, iodine, calcium, magnesium, among others minerals.
