3. How do we define the adult age of an Olive Tree?

At the age of 20 the olive tree reaches adulthood and its highest stage of production. It grows slowly and it may bear fruit from the fifth year but only when the most favourable conditions are provided. Olive Trees only develop completely at the ages of 20. Its maturation period and full production takes place between the age of 35 and 150, moment when it starts growing old and its productivity becomes irregular.
